We have customer service stores at your disposal to inform you about natural gas and advise you on our services.
We have reopened our customer service centres with no appointment required.
However, if you wish to schedule your visit to our Stores, please contact us through the Customer Service line.

Our in-person services operate according to the distancing rules and protection measures defined by the Health Authority.

Agents

Natural Gas Distribution relies on a number of agents who are contracted as service providers. In each previously defined geographical area, these agents carry out work on the gas infrastructure and perform services at consumer locations related to the activities that are the responsibility of the Distribution.

1999

  • December 13th – Establishment of Dianagás;

2000

  • Start of the market research activities;
  • Opening of the Évora office;

2001

  • Start of the construction of distribution infrastructures;
  • Construction of the AGU – Contracting of three industrial customers;

2002

  • Natural Gas Supply;
  • Start of commercial activity – connection of the three industrial customers;

2003

  • Analysis of the technical and financial viability of supplying the Sines hub;
  • Contracting and connection of two more industrial customers;

2004

  • Contracting and connection of four new major clients;
  • Two more hospitals, one hotel and a swimming pool;
  • Start of commercial activity and network construction at the Sines hub;

2005

  • Opening of the customer service store in Sines;
  • Start of supply with AGU dedicated to a customer in a pioneering market segment in Portugal;

2006

  • Continuation of the customer contracting and connection process;
  • Market survey and decision to move towards the Beja Hub;
  • Commercial and support contracts for new projects, namely in Ourique and Alqueva.
